Meet Kim Hoobler
I was born and raised on an Iowa farm, near a small town, where family roots run deep. I loved my adult life moving all over the eastern United States and Germany, as a military spouse. I came back to Enterprise, Alabama, because it feels like home. Roy and I have four adult children between us. It was hard to handle the empty nest feeling, so now we are fostering children in our home. Roy is a musician, and teaches lessons in his music store. I sing in his choirs when time allows. The first 20 years of my adult life revolved around teaching and caring for children. My second career as a realtor has worked out well. It allows me to work my own schedule and be available for my family. I pride myself in being able to help people through the process of purchasing a home, and try to make it simple. This can be a very stressful time, and I like to make things go smoother. You can trust me to do the work for you and solve problems as they arise. I take care of things when they happen.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry
